How Our E-Lockers Work
Our e-Lockers provide a secure and convenient way for packages to be delivered, stored, and accessed.
Our systems limit re-deliveries, prevent theft, and minimize package management, while offering recipients immediate delivery notifications and easy access.
The package courier uses an assigned code to access the e-Locker and select the package recipient.
Courier selects one of the five available e-Locker sizes or selects signature card delivery, e-Locker opens.
Once the courier closes the e-Locker door, our system will lock it automatically.
Our system sends an electronic notification to the recipient including the location of the package and their access code to retrieve it.
Once a registered recipient receives a package, he or she will be immediately notified through their preferred channel (e-mail or SMS).
The recipient will be provided with the courier’s name, the location of the package and a photo of the package label along the code number and QR code to retrieve it.
When ready, he or she will enter the code or scan the QR code on the e-Locker kiosk.
The correct e-Locker will open automatically and the recipient can retrieve the package.
